Joker918 is a comprehensive art program.

Founded in the mid 70's by the Nez One Empire, the J-918 (as known in program files) has grown to include illustrations, painting, music, piercing and tattooing.

Sixteen years after being built , J-918 found tattoing as his medium of choice to display his message to the world.
